Managers perceptions of the organizations readiness for implementation
About this project
Project information
Assessing organizational readiness is crucial for successfully translating research results into practice and ensuring that people with disabilities have access to evidence-based interventions. Factors such as how teams collaborate and how leadership functions play a significant role in determining the implementation of new interventions.
The project aims to investigate managers' perceptions of organizational readiness for the implementation of interventions for people with disabilities within regional, municipal, and private organizations. The instrument "Organizational Readiness for Change" (ORC) will be utilized to measure managers' motivation, resources, personnel, and organizational climate.
The outcomes of this project can help organizations develop readiness for future implementation, which can ultimately lead to improved interventions for people with disabilities.
