Project information
The primary goal of this project is to develop a new generation of AM system based on disruptive FDM (fused deposition modelling) technology and a material solution, which enable creation of a unified 3D structure, e.g., prosthesis, having different functional zones and seamless transitions between the zones with different materials. A successful outcome from this project will lead to improved resource efficiency (material, energy, lead time, etc.), simplified production paradigm, and circular industrial approaches.
