Roles and Relationships in Foster Care - a study on role expectations and constructive relationship building in foster care

The aim is to study the roles and relations between children in foster care, foster care parents and social secretaries responsible for placing them there, following up their staying and development in the foster care home. In special focus is the role of the social secretary and under what conditions and circumstances these officials are able to develop a constructive and fruitful personal relation with the child.
