Project information
This project studies a topical subject of significant gastronomic and gastronomic-economic importance and surveys a literary genre with limited research attached to it, in Sweden as well as abroad. The aim is to demonstrate what type of newspaper review the restaurant review is, how the critics work and how the restaurateurs subjected to the review feel about its content.
