Guests' service experiences in restaurants: a guest perspective
About this project
Project information
As part of this project, the frequent ?drivers? (the mechanisms determining the direction) of the restaurant guests? service experiences have been surveyed. The most frequent ones include social interaction, the core service (food and drink), and the physical environment. These, together with the less frequent ones, are the focus of the first article. The following articles are focusing on "social interactions" and "the physical environment" as well as "the core service", where each area will be reflected onto a deeper theoretical background of the respective field to achieve a better understanding of these "drivers" from a guest perspective.
