About Helen Stockhult
Helen Stockhult is Senior Lecturer in Business Administration at Örebro University School of Business, Economics and Law and appointed Excellent Teacher since 2021. During 2018-2021, she was Senior Lecturer in Business Administration with a focus on higher education pedagogy, a position linked to the Centre for Academic Development at Örebro University. Currently, she is also program director for two undergraduate programs in business administration. Her research is related to several educational projects as well as organizations and leadership. She teaches mainly in the areas of organization and management, leadership and employeeship, organizational culture and change processes.
Teaching
Helen teaches mainly within the areas organization and management, leadership and employeeship, organizational culture, and change processes.
She has experience from teaching on basic level as well as second level, and different types of pedagogical approaches.
Previous experience from teaching can also be found within the areas of HRM, practical personnel management and health care management, control and administration.
Research
Helen is presently conducting research in leadership and employeeship within public elderly care, and cooperation within public sector. Her research has also treated Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and responsible employeeship.
