Grounding Visualisation Actions to Language
In this thesis, you will investigate the integration of large language models (LLMs) with data visualisation tasks, to enhance interactivity and improve analytics capabilities. The research aims to propose methods for projecting data across multiple screens in various visualisation formats, and interacting with these visualisations through voice commands.
Key objectives
- Design a framework for multiscreen data visualisation projection;
- Enrich the framework with functions that leverage LLMs for mapping voice commands to
visualisation actions;
- Evaluate the performance and adaptability of the framework in responding to diverse linguistic inputs and aiding effective visualisation tasks.
