Customer Success Manager
At Adtraction, we are seeking a dynamic and structured Customer Success Manager to drive the satisfaction and success of our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of brands, offering exceptional customer service and fostering collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer needs and concerns promptly via Adtraction's help center support system, email, and telephone.
- Collaborate with multiple new and smaller accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to upselling and cross-selling of Adtraction products and services.
- Expand and develop collaborations with existing partners and advertisers, driving long-term value.
- Optimize and maintain the Customer Success Team's customer base.
- Support the Account Manager team with research and coordination tasks.
- Ensure a seamless experience for customers, maintaining excellent service and delivering results.
Skills & Requirements
Professional Skills
- Proficient in Swedish and English language.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English language.
- Experience in sales or customer advice, with a keen interest in digital marketing.
Personal Attributes
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Structured and being able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities. Positive and solution-oriented mindset,
- collaborating effectively within a team.
- Prestigeless and able to work independently.
