The Main Library

Course reference books borrowed from the Main Library from July 12th onwards will have an extended loan period and need to be returned by August 5th. Course reference books are typically loaned out for daily use. Course reference books cannot be renewed and must be returned by August 5th.

Course books, usually with a one-week loan period, borrowed from the Main Library from July 8th to 12th, will have a return date of August 5th.

Other items that normally have a 21-day loan period, borrowed from the Main Library from June 24th to July 12th, will also have a return date of August 5th.

Medical Library and the Sheet Music Library

Course reference books borrowed from the Medical Library or the Sheet Music Library from July 12th onwards will have an extended loan period and need to be returned by August 5th. Course reference books are typically loaned out for daily use. Course reference books cannot be renewed and must be returned by August 5th.

Course books, usually with a one-week loan period, borrowed from the Medical Library or the Sheet Music Library from July 8th to 29th, will have a return date of Tuesday, August 5th.

Other items that normally have a 21-day loan period, borrowed from the Medical Library or the Sheet Music Library from June 24th to July 15th, will also have a return date of August 5th.

The School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science Library

Course reference books borrowed from the School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science Library on May 30th will have an extended loan period and need to be returned by September 3rd. Course reference books are typically loaned out for daily use. Course reference books cannot be renewed and must be returned by September 3rd.

Course books, usually with a one-week loan period, borrowed from the School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science Library from May 24th to 30th, will have a return date of September 3rd.

Other items that normally have a 21-day loan period, borrowed from the School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science Library from May 10th to 30th, will also have a return date of Tuesday, September 3rd.

Automatic renewals

If no one is waiting to borrow the book after the summer, it will be automatically renewed according to the regular loan periods (7 days for course literature and 21 days for other items).

Note! Course reference books do not have automatic renewals. To avoid fines, you must return the books by the return date indicated on the receipt when you register the loan.
