Book a group study room
As a student at the University you can book a group study room at the Main Library, and at the Medical Library.
The group study rooms are primarily intended for group work.
You may not have more than 4 bookings a day and no more than 8 active bookings in total.
At the Main Library, the group study rooms on the second floor can be booked. The group study rooms on the 1st floor are free to use, but can not be booked. All group rooms at the Medical Library are bookable.
Book a group study room
Book your study room at the KronoX webpage or with the KronoX app:
- Log in with your ORU account.
- Go to Resource booking.
- Choose either the Main Library or the Medical Library.
Employees at the University or at Region Örebro County have to contact our help desk at the Main Library or at the Medical library to make group study room requests.
The general public does not have access to the scheduling system. The study rooms are reserved for our students and staff. However, if a room is vacant please feel free to use it.
Remember to check in
Before entering your scheduled group study room you have to check in.
Check-in is 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the start time. If you haven’t checked in the room will be free to book for others.
If you have booked more than one hour you need to check in every hour.
