ORU-Public – Wi-Fi for visitors at Örebro University

ORU-public is an open network for our visitors and guests at Örebro University, who do not have an eduroam account via another university, university college or other organisation.

Students and staff will continue to use the eduroam Wi-Fi network.

This is how you connect to ORU-public.

  1. Open your network settings. In the list over available Wi-Fi networks, choose ORU-public to connect your computer or mobile device.
  2. Open your web browser.
  3. Select “Accept and log in”.

ORU-public provides guests with limited Internet access and has no access to the internal IT systems at Örebro University.
