User unknown

The error message "user unknown" appears. This is probably because BB Learn has not yet received information about your registration.

When the system receives the information, your account will be created in the system and linked to the course. It can take a couple of hours before the information about registration reaches the system. If the message appears more than a day after you made your registration, contact itsupport via the link above.
