I can see the course in the course list, but is not allowed to open it

When you click on the name of the course, a message appears with the text:

You cannot access this course right now. Your teacher will allow access once the course is complete. Try again later.

Teachers have locked the course and will make it available when they have finished preparing the course content, usually at the start of the course.
