To be able to get the deposit back or part of it depending on the cleaning inspection, we need you to fill in this information.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Along with the rent invoice, you are to pay an advance deposit. The deposit will be held to cover any possible damage to the property. This deposit minus any necessary charges for missing bulbs, repairs, cleaning, missing media box/router, cable/adapter will be returned to the tenant with a written account of any deductions within 60 days after end of lease. We do not take photos and the description only tells which room or part of the apartment did not get approved. Bank details will be asked for.
