Fadder Education Sign-Up

Before participating in the Orientation programme of the spring semester 2025 as a Nexus fadder, you have to complete a Fadder education. Together we will make the best introduction weeks for our new exchange students!

There are two different kinds of fadder educations at Örebro university:

Fadder Education Step 1 is aimed at new fadders who will participate in the introduction for the first time.

When: 20 November, 17:00 - 19:00 (ish)

Where: Lecture hall L1 (Långhuset)

Please note that if you are an international student in need of an English version of the fadder education, you will be invited to a separate meeting with the International Student Assistant on the same date.

Fadder Education Step 2 is for students returning to their role of being a fadder for the second or fifth time. (fadders in between do not have to retake the fadder education this time around).

When: 21 November, 17:00 - 19:00 (ish)

Where: Lecture hall L3 (Långhuset)

Before the Fadder Education you need to join the Hitclub called "Faddrar introduktionen HT24". The invitation will be send to you in your confirmation email, make sure that you put your correct email address.

The deadline for the sign-up form is Thursday, November 7th at 23.59.

Please note: If you cannot attend the fadder education, there will be an extra session provided for you on January - date TBD.

Important information about your personal data

By submitting this form I consent to Örebro University handling my personal information for the orientation programme of autumn semester 2024, during the adminstrative time of the Fadder Education.

The personal information given in the form will be shared by the Introduction Officer and the International Student Assistant of Örebro University, as well as the generals of Nexus. The information will only be shared with other involved actors if necessary. The information will be erased within six months after the Fadder Education has taken place.

Submitted personal information can be changed or deleted by contacting the Introduction Officer via introduktion@oru.se.
