World Music II, 7.5 Credits

In this course, we go deeper into the topic of world music and translate it into practical music making. You get to play and sing in genres from different musical traditions around the world, but also participate in creating new music through cross-genre improvisation. You can also independently immerse yourself in a particular musical tradition that you choose yourself and then convey to the other participants. The course ends with a concert where we perform the course's repertoire in our own arrangements that we have worked on together.
