Environmental Science, The Food System, the EU and the World, 7.5 Credits

The course provides a global perspective on the Swedish food system and explores how it impacts and is affected by our surrounding world. It focuses on policy and institutions important for international environmental and sustainability work within the food sector. It offers an in-depth understanding of the EU's organization, decision-making process, and policy work in relation to environmental and agricultural issues, as well as global trade agreements and organizations, such as the WTO and the UN.
