Arrival Form

The official arrival day for the spring semester 2026 is 18th of January. You will be able to pick up your keys from our Housing Office between 10:00 - 18:00 (Swedish time), so please arrange your trip accordingly. For a better planning, we ask you to fill out our Arrival Form as soon as you have booked your travel tickets to Sweden. Please note that you should take potential delays into consideration when planning your transportation from the airport to campus in Örebro.

The deadline for the arrival form is January 4th, 2026.

If it is not possible for you to make you way to campus before 18:00 on the arrival day, then you need to find your own overnight stay in a hostel/hotel for the first night and pick up your keys on the following work day.
