Arrival Form

We are looking forward to welcoming you as an exchange student at Örebro University! The Arrival Days for the autumn semester 2024 are Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st of August. You will be able to pick up your keys from the Housing Office between 9:00-16:00, so please arrange your trip accordingly. If it is not possible for you to make you way to campus before 16:00 you need to find your own overnight stay in a hostel/hotel for the first night and pick up your keys on the following work day.

After the arrival days, the normal opening hours of our housing office are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00-9:00,
Mondag to Friday 13:00 - 15:30.

For a better planning, we ask you to fill out our Arrival Form as soon as you have booked your travel tickets to Sweden. Please note that you should take potential delays into consideration when planning your transportation from the airport to campus in Örebro.
