Stress - A part of life

This is a continuation of the stress lecture that was held earlier, where we discussed what stress is, why we experience it, and what we can do about it. This time, you'll have the opportunity to try various stress-reducing exercises, as well as a chance to discuss and reflect on your own situation. Whether you attended the previous session or not, everyone is welcome to join and gain new tools to help create balance in your life.
