Course content
The course deals with the interdisciplinary growth and development of the subject and research of Meal Science, nationally and internationally. The course takes its point of departure in a philosophical discussion concerning epistemology in order to understand how the meal can be studied from different scientific perspectives. The course also includes reflection on the connection and use of methods for studying meals.
Admission to the course
To gain access to the course and complete the examinations included in the course, the applicant must be admitted to a doctoral programme at Örebro University.
