The effects of Qigong exercise on mood and feelings

In the different papers this is examined with different estimation scales and interviews; the time length of the workout, comparisons between control groups, expectations and different measure occasions (before, during and after). In conclusion, the research shows that qigong exercise gives an increased well-being during the workout and afterwards. The research investigates how physical activities can promote mental effects, but also how people can be motivated to become more physically active.
