PhD course in Research communication
General information
The Junior academy workshop, organized by Swedish academic consortium on chemical safety, 2019, has a theme of Career development within chemicals, health and environment. Invited speakers are representing trade union, consulting in sustainability, retail and academia. Prior to the course all attendees will get an assignment to prepare a one slide presentation following the Need, Approach, Benefit and Competition model, to be presented at the workshop. Innovation advisor from Örebro Holding AB will cover presentation of research and mapping of stakeholders and lead group work on creating a research pitch. Research network building will also be covered and group work aims at discovering potential benefits and collaboration from own and other’s research and competence. Final examination takes place after the workshop at the Ph D student’s home university with a three minute research pitch. Final assessment is carried out at the home university.
