The registration fee includes: Coffees and lunches August 24-26, a reception August 24 and a dinner August 25.
The registration will close at August 10.
Unfortunately, there are problems with card payments via Nets. Only certain banks and cards are affected. It´s possible to choose bank transfer if it doesn´t work for you.
The registration fee is the same regardless of whether you participate for one or several days.
In case of cancellation prior to July 18 the registration fee will be refunded. After July 18, your registration is binding, and the registration fee will not be refunded upon cancellation.
If you are prevented and cannot attend the conference, you can transfer your reservation to a colleague free of charge. In this case, your invoice is not credited, this is corrected between the transferring and acquiring participants. Please notify us of the name change via email before the start of the conference.
We do not send invoice to other than participants from Swedish state universities/authorities/organizations.
If the fee will be paid by an organisation outside Sweden or a private person, bank transfer or payment by card is accepted. VISA or Mastercard is accepted.
The registration fee includes 25% Swedish VAT.
Participants from a state university/authority are not invoiced for VAT on the registration fee.
