The project aims to investigate the physiological effects of resuscitative endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta (REBOA) and other vascular occlusion interventions in non-traumatic cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation in animal experimental models to optimize the treatment method prior to human studies. The project includes physiological and metabolic measurement methods.
