Quality in research
Like all schools conducting research, the School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science is regularly undergoing evaluations with regard to the quality of its research and to ensure that government research funding is put to efficient use. Aspects considered include how ethics is managed within the research, total research output in the form of articles in scientific journals, and how the research process is organised. Evaluations of the school were performed in 2010, 2015 and 2020 all with the outcome ‘good quality’.
