Master’s studies
Are you interested in further advancing your knowledge of culinary arts, meal science and gastronomy? Or do you want to qualify for our doctoral programme? Either way, RHS can offer a one-year course package that will lead to a 60-credit Master’s degree.

During the year, you will take a number of freestanding courses at the School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science, as well as further courses offered by other universities. The year concludes with an independent project of 15 credits. All courses are offered as online or distance learning courses and require little or no onsite studies.

Depending on the student’s interests and specialisation of their independent project, other courses may also come into question.
