Increasing Professional Awareness in health professions: Survey-based experiential learning in the Balkans.

This PhD project investigates how professional awareness can be reached to support sustainable development of healthcare in low- and middle income countries. Core concepts from the literature are contextualised in workshops using an approach of survey-based experiential learning. The concepts are put in relation to individual, team and organizational dimensions. Interprofessional collaboration is a focused area.
