A comparative Delphi study of newly arrived youths' psychosocial needs in the social- and cultural integration process.
About this project
Project information
The project will investigate agreement in opinions about integration and well-being promotion activities and interventions among newly arrived youth from the Middle East and Africa, and adults who work with these youth.
We will explore what types of activities both youths and adults think would work best to help newly arrived youth feel socially and culturally integrated and thrive in Swedish society. We will investigate whether youth and adults agree about which activities may be helpful, and whether existing theories about integration and psychological well-being can explain how the proposed activities may have effect.
The project has been approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Agency. Drn: 2024-04488-01.
