Advisory board
At Örebro University School of Business we work actively with our advisory board on issues concerning education, research and collaboration.
The advisory board consists of some ten external members from a range of different organisations such as universities, private companies, NGOs, and the public sector. These members are key figures with extensive contact networks in the business and public sectors. In addition, the Örebro University School of Business management team, as well as heads of departments and subjects are also represented on the advisory board.
The advisory board meets two to three times per semester. Once a year, they convene at another business school, in order to exchange knowledge and experiences from the business school environments.
The advisory board has been set up as a reference group to offer further insight and knowledge on issues relating to education, research and collaboration. Other topics relevant to our operations, such as innovation, external monitoring, sustainability, impact and CSR, are also discussed, providing us with new and wider perspectives.
The experience, input and ideas provided by each member of the board are of great value when initiating new collaboration projects, developing new study programmes, or entering new research areas.
