Author instructions

You must be the corresponding author in order to be eligible.

Use your institutional email address (@oru.se) when submitting your manuscript. Under the paragraph "Author information", make sure that you select "Örebro University" in the Institution field.

Under "Author Fees and Production Requirements", choose "I wish to publish OA as part of an institutional agreement". At this stage, you should see some information indicating that Örebro University has an institutional agreement.

When an article has been accepted for publication, the Library will be notified, and verify the author's affiliation.

Costs

Please note that the agreement only covers the publication cost for open access. In cases where the publisher charges an additional cost for publication ("flat fee"), you will need to arrange that financing separately. Further information is available on the publisher's website.

Article types

Research articles are covered by the agreement.
