Publish with the fee covered by Örebro University
The University Library has several publisher agreements where publishing and subscription costs are combined. If a publication is covered by such an agreement, the author does not have to pay a charge when publishing open access.
There are also a few agreements where the open access charge is discounted. The University Library offers guidance in publishing related matters, and administer a fund for financial support for publishing open access.
The National Library of Sweden act as a national coordinating body in the work towards a transition to open access to scholarly publications.
