Research Database
Information about research conducted at Örebro University is gathered in a research database. By organising the data in a database, we are able to link research environments, teams, projects, and individual researchers to one another.
The research database is an internal system built by Örebro University. The purpose of the research database is to gather information about research activities at Örebro University. This information can then be displayed on our webpage www.oru.se under the heading Research. The advantage of organising the data in a database is that it enables us to link research environments, teams, projects, and individual researchers to one another.
The following labels are used in the Research Database:
- Researcher
- Doctoral student
- External partners
- Research projects
- Research team
- Area of research
- Research environment
- Research subject
- Subject area (doctoral studies)
- Research school
Modifying information in the database
The system is administered via an editing tool which can be found on our intranet, Inforum. For assistance in managing the data contained in the Research Database, contact the research administrators at your school. Information on administrative research support can be found here.
