Keeping a job: on people with disabilities in the labour market

The project is studying Supported Employment in order to gain understanding of the critical factors for people with disabilities accessing, getting and keeping jobs in the open labour market. The emphasis of the project is on the retention phase. The project is also studying the macroeconomic gains of effective support of the Supported Employment type.
