Studies of the school subject physical education and health

Since 2002 this project has been conducted with funds for national evaluations conducted during 2002 and 2003 with the participation of researchers from public health sciences, physical education, education, psychology and sociology. This has resulted in a number of reports, scientific publications, national continuing professional development and a conversation guide. In order to study the development in the school subject, a renewed data collection from school leaders and physical education teachers was conducted in 2007. The analysis of this new material has been presented at national conferences. There has also been collaborations with the subject music and art for new joint research.
