A theoretical perspective to enhance the theory of co-creation in palliative care with dignity

The design for the study was underpinned by Walker and Avants theory construction (2019). A co-creation model of care was tested against theories of palliative care, person-centered care, dignity, and dignity-conserving care. Concepts were theoretically analyzed and examined on their philosophical basis. Similarities and differences were analyzed based on if these concepts could be integrated to the new theory-based model of co-creation. An overview of the result was created showing the developed theory-based model.
