About this project
Project information
This cohort of over 280,000 men born between 1952 and 1956 is used to examine life-course influences on a variety of diseases. Information recorded at the military conscription assessment provides detailed information on physical and mental characteristics in late adolescence that is used to identify risk factors for subsequent disease.
