ISO-certification and business relationships

ISO certification is a means by which a company ensures to have internal processes documented and in place. While largely focusing on internal efficiency, ISO certification also has consequences for the company's interaction with other parties. This research project focuses on both these dimensions to see what role ISO certification has in the business landscape.
