This was one project in the FORMAS research program "Processes that buffer against youth mental health problems" on the development of health in youth. We surveyed a large sample of youth 12-15 years old once a year for five years to study how sleep patterns developed. In particular we were interested in psychological and behavioral mechanisms involved in good as well as poor sleep.
