Project information
The project deals with firms’ entrepreneurial orientation, which can be describes as an organization’s entrepreneurial action and activities in terms of innovativeness, risk-taking, and proactiveness. The firms’ entrepreneurial orientation is in this project put into relation with, for example, the firms’ ability to create business relationships and also achieving above average results. The project does not only investigates when an entrepreneurial orientation can be beneficial, but also, when it can be detrimental. Firms studied include startups commercializing inventions and small firms in a retail setting.
