Project information
The aim of this study is to create a theory-research link for the subject culinary arts and meal science in the restaurant sector (the hospitality industry) a growing part of Sweden´s economy. By emphasising the different conditions enjoyed by women and men in the restaurant business, the School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science can improve its training and thus discuss gender and gender equality aspects backed up by scientific knowledge.
