Learning of practical skills

An overall aim of the project is to study how learning of practical skills takes place and is evaluated in the nursing programs. A systematic literature is on-going to investigate models used in learning of practical skills. An intervention study is planned in which an evidence-based model will be implemented and evaluated in both clinical practice and in the clinical training centre within the nursing programs at two different universities in Sweden.
