Conditions for Participatory Environmental Governance in a Regional Context: The Baltic and Adriatic Sea Regions

The general aim of this project is to gain new knowledge on the conditions for environmental organizations to play an influential role within regional participatory governance arrangements regarding cross-border environmental problems. We focus on marine environmental problems and use a qualitative, comparative approach. We include environmental organizations from six selected nations around the Baltic Sea and the Adriatic Sea.
