We study the physiological basis of control of cognitive and affective processes och how these can be modified pharmacological during treatment of disease. We use a multimodal approach to study functional (pharmaco-fMRI, fNIRS), structural (VBM, DTI), neurochemical (5-HT, dopamine), peripheral (EDA, HRV) and cellular mechanisms (fibroblast model from patients and healthy controls) of brain functions in health and disease.
