Reportable cross-border tax arrangements (DAC 6) and confidentiality

Input statements will be held by Prof. dr. dr. hc. Pasquale Pistone, Wirtschaftsuniversität, Wien and IBFD, Amsterdam, Prof. dr. Natasa Zunic Kovacevic, University of Rijeka in Croatia and Prof. dr. Eleonor Kristoffersson, Örebro University. The seminar will be moderated by senior researcher Ylva Larsson.

We would like to discuss the following issues:

1. The impact of DAC6 hallmarks on legal certainty and the application of primary EU law
2. Intermediaries: obligations without rights? On a possible extension of taxpayer rights to intermediaries
3. DAC6 and the client-attorney privilege (also taking into account the pending CJEU cases)

The seminar is free of charge, and we welcome everybody who is interested in this area to participate in the discussion.
