Time plan
The project started in September 2021 and it is planned to be concluded in August 2024.
An overview of the project’s time plan:
- October 18-19, 2021: Kick-off workshop (in Örebro in hybrid format) for discussing the applied methods and the theoretical background and preparing a pilot study.
- November 2021 - April 2022: The project participants prepare the list of leading cases and code a selection of three cases for the pilot research.
- 30-31 May 2022: Follow-up workshop in Örebro, to discuss the results of the pilot research, and to finalize the lists of leading cases.
- From June 2022: Project participants begin to encode their set of leading cases, and contact the legal experts.
- February 2023: Project participants finish the encoding of their set of cases.
- March - May 2023: The statistician carries out aggregate analysis on the dataset obtained from the spreadsheets filled in by the project participants, and compares it with the datasets of the parent and sister projects.
- May 2023: Follow-up workshop 2 (Örebro) to discuss the results of the aggregate analysis and draw conclusions from these which may be included in the comparative remarks of the country reports.
- May - October 2023: Project participants work on their written report.
- October 2023: Submission of the draft country reports.
- November 2023: Follow-up workshop 3 (Örebro): Discussion on the country reports.
- November 2023 - May 2024: Preparation of the comparative study based on the country reports.
- May - August 2024: The country reports and the comparative analysis are prepared for publication. The results are presented at conferences, workshops and seminars.
