MORMOR

SUM.MORMOR aims to develop methods and systems for early detection and warning of potential fires and vehicle breakdowns in underground mines, using sensor data to identify and assess risks. Our research is based on testing of stationary and mobile gas sensors, fault diagnosis system development, spatio-temporal data analysis, and integration with exiting state-of-the-art mining systems in real-world underground mining environments. The team at Örebro University focuses on refining these systems and addressing challenges related to real-time gas sensor data analysis and autonomous vehicle integration.
