About Tove Axelsson Landberg

Doctoral student within health science' at Örebro University. The doctoral project is about pain and psychological distress among youth in Sweden. A physiotherapy led intervention, ReActivate, will be developed and tested on adolescents in upper secondary schools. ReActivate is consist of graded exposure for physical activity and/pr exercise. The treatment is primarily targeted towards pain related fear and avoidance behavior. 

Tove also work as a physiotherapist in primary health care in Region Örebro län, Sweden. The clinical work include meeting with children and adolescents with pain and psychological distress on a regular basis, which has contributed to the interest for the research field.
