About Sofie Adaszak
Sofie is an Occupational Therapist with a Master of Science Occupational Therapy from Coventry University, UK, and a MSc thesis on support for specific learning difficulties. She previously lectured within Health Promotion and Prevention, Theories in Occupational Therapy, Interprofessional Learning and have supervised students for their bachelor's thesis at the Occupational Therapy Program at Örebro University. Sofie has an interest in how Occupational Therapy can be used for social change contributing to strengthened prerequisites for vulnerable groups in society.
Sofie is a doctoral student in the Dialog project with a focus on social services risk assessments of violence against people with intellectual and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities.
