About Niklas Karlsson

Niklas Karlsson has been Senior Lecturer in Statistics at Örebro University since 1998. The PhD degree is from Umeå University.
Research
Niklas has a background as an econometrician, specializing in microeconometrics. In recent years, Niklas' research has mainly focused on applied statistical research in sports. He also conducts research on the design of scoring of multiple-choice questions.
Teaching
Niklas Karlsson teaches mainly at the bachelor's level. In addition to thesis supervision, he teaches the courses Basic Statistics, Statistical Methods and Statistical Theory.
