Moa-Lisa Björk is manager of the Division for Customer Service and Media, and she's located at the Main Library, Campus Örebro.

The division for customer services and media coordinates the university library's external customer service via information desks and other contact channels. The division is responsible for loan issues, interlibrary loans, reading services of course books (Legimus) as well as purchasing and making available the library's printed and electronic collections. In addition, communication and marketing, the library's physical premises and the university's local publication databases are included. The division also coordinates exhibitions and activities in the libraries and offers library tours to visitors.
